Bowker BMW are proud to partner with The Three Fishes once again for Fusion 2026, as Official Car Partner, supporting the week of celebrations with a luxury display of BMW models at the venue.

Taking place from 13th–18th October 2026, Fusion 3 will see Lancashire chef Nigel Haworth welcome an outstanding line-up of chefs into his kitchen for five unique evenings of food and culinary collaboration, followed by a special jazz finale on Sunday. 

The event itself also supports Action Against Hunger, The Three Fishes' chosen charity, helping its vital work to create a world free from hunger.

Tuesday 13th October – Kirk Haworth

Nigel’s son and the Michelin-starred chef behind Plates London, the first fully plant-based restaurant in the UK to receive a Michelin star. Kirk will bring his innovative and highly creative approach to plant-based cooking to The Three Fishes.

Wednesday 14th October – Nigel Haworth

One of Lancashire’s most celebrated chefs takes centre stage in his own restaurant for a very special Fusion evening, showcasing the seasonal, ingredient-led cooking for which he is renowned.

Thursday 15th October – Sabrina Gidda

Acclaimed chef and author Sabrina Gidda is a two-time Roux Scholarship finalist and a familiar face from Great British Menu. Guests can expect bold, vibrant cooking filled with personality and flavour.

Friday 16th October – Tom Parker

Head Chef of the Michelin-starred White Swan at Fence, Tom Parker is one of Lancashire’s most exciting culinary talents, known for refined cooking rooted in exceptional local produce. 

Saturday 17th October – Ping Coombes

Two-time MasterChef champion and the first-ever MasterChef Champion of Champions, Ping Coombes will bring the vibrant flavours of her Malaysian heritage to The Three Fishes.

Sunday 18th October – Jazz at The Three Fishes

The perfect finale to an extraordinary week, combining wonderful food with live jazz in the beautiful surroundings of The Three Fishes.
