My car was booked for MOT and service. Whilst communication was clear in terms of necessary repairs, I left my car at 8.30 and it was not ready to collect EOD. It also needed 4 new tyres which were fitted but not pressurised, so a bit disappointed

3 hours waiting for an MOT is a little absurd, even when a conciliatory thermal mug was included free of charge. A wash or interior valet as soon as it becomes apparent that there will be an extended delay will keep wash bay busy & the mugs at home!

When the mot finished, I went back to the car and the service light was till on. I had to go back to the reception and have them come and put it out. As you did a free health check on my car, a small detail but details matter. Wrong tyre brands

I have an intermittent problem with my brakes not releasing when I drive away. 3 years and it's still not fixed. I'm worried that the car will run out of warranty with problem not sorted.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. I wish I knew as much about cars as Emma. Only downside was a returning fault but this was an annoyance rather than a criticism. They did get to it in the end and were very thorough in their investigations.

Please pay closer attention to request on the booking for a larger car as I'm tall so 1 series or mini is too small. They were accommodating anyway, but just be good to plan ahead. Still 5 stars though, Bowker are great!

It was easy to book my car in. On the day the fault with my vehicle couldn't be recreated which was unfortunate. I was still looked after and the lady on the service desk was excellent reassuring me this problem could be found if it happens again.
