Recall done. A clean car would've made the day-long hassle better. It was quite the adventure arranging to be without a car for the entire day and coordinating the travel back to your facility to retrieve it, but we managed to make it work.

Poor communication Part of the work I asked to be done, wasn't done. The engagement I did get back constantly felt like they were in sell mode and not like they were providing me a service - Updates on progress were completely inadequate.

Really happy with the service provided, after feeling very dissatisfied with the level of after sales service/communication from other BMW centres it was a welcome relief to deal with Bowker - The lady that dealt with us was competent and personable.

This year, i am completely satisfied with Bowker, Preston with my experience during my recent MOT. The is a huge improvement on the same time last year when i also had a full service and my experience then left a lot to be desired.

After tyres exchanged to summer pressure sensor not been updated and tyres Pressure was below recommended. So need to do check myself and go to petroleum station to sorted it out. ??. Not happy about it at all.

The service itself was fine, however I did have a concern over advice provided on tyre replacement. A measured tread depth of what looked like 3.8 mm was rounded down to "around 3 mm" and replacement advised, which seemed premature.

Everything seemed to be okay this time, although I am still waiting for a quote for a new battery, which I have been told I will get twice now! Once on the Saturday when the car was at BMW, the second when I chased it. But still no quote.

Received an unfair MOT assessment. The assessor was extreme and petty. I trusted BMW for a fair assessment. My vehicles history is now affected showing my ownership in poor light. The assessor lacks fairness and common sense.

My mother waited for the repairs to be done she is disabled and can't sit with her legs down for long periods so she needs to elevate them and the assistant told her to put her legs down did not ask her why she had them up considering previous visits

My car was in for two weeks no updates Was informed my car was ready, only to arrive and be told it wasn't. Meetings had to be cancelled - very inconvenient. Was informed it would be ready later that day and was only last thing the following day.

Overall okay however 2 problems; 1) I wasn't contacted at all until about 4:45 in the evening to collect 2) I was charged £90 for a diagnostic on sticking fuel flap and told needed a new one. I tried WD40 when home and that worked! £90 wasted

Booking in was smooth and quick. Arrival was easy with the digital drop off box. The video health check was thorough and clear. The only thing I'd like to change is the collection. The wait was very long.

Service as always was exemplary. However - I used the online check in and check out. The issue was fixed - although no real explanation of what was changed/ fixed/ updated. I also requested new windscreen wiper blades - not fitted.
