There are difficulties dealing with BMW finance, which resulted in many hours spent on the phone and a lot of concern regarding supposed arrears. James at Bowker was very helpful, Megan and Alison reassured me all was ok. On collection Maddie was A1.

Couldn't have asked for anymore from the Centre Alison was so engaged and prompt with all aspects of the transaction it really sets the benchmark for other sales people and centres to achieve this level of experience.

Apart from travelling 46 miles to drop car off they didn't have curtesy car the service went well though

Cost for what is done is an issue and not like the mechanics gain a lot from the charges.Parking is an issue when you look after your car and find it is parked up within 12 inches of the next car.Had to ring for updates on how the service was going
