Pricing expensive when quoted £180/hr to investigate a warning light for likely obvious problem. However, accepting of this, what happened at vehicle handover was poor when I found the service warning light still on and was lied to about why.

Told to bring the car in for 9am for the mot so i took the morning off. Work was not actually done until 4pm and finished at 5. I had to book the whole day off when if id known the work wouldn't have been started until 4 i could have made other plans

Car in for a warranty issue on a Friday, problem solved on the day. Needed a new part replacing, they managed to get the part from somewhere shipped to Preston over the weekend and the part was replaced on the Monday, which I cannot fault!

Disappointed to find out too late that bowker Preston uses an automatic car wash rather than a hand wash which is what I would expect from BMW as a brand. This should be made clear when asking if a post service wash is desired.

Collection and delivery service, excellent. Work that was carried out, excellent. Work not carried out, poor. Wash carried out, average. Car rebooked for remaining work, but there was no follow-up from the service dept, disappointing.

I was told my car would be ready at 5pm. I turned up around 5:30 only to be told that the car has not been washed. I then had to wait until around 6:15 for the car to be ready, thought it was clearly washed in a hurry and many sports missed.
