There are difficulties dealing with BMW finance, which resulted in many hours spent on the phone and a lot of concern regarding supposed arrears. James at Bowker was very helpful, Megan and Alison reassured me all was ok. On collection Maddie was A1.

Cost for what is done is an issue and not like the mechanics gain a lot from the charges.Parking is an issue when you look after your car and find it is parked up within 12 inches of the next car.Had to ring for updates on how the service was going

As expected it was a recall procedure. I marked down 1 star because I had to chase completion time despite being told someone would keep in touch. I explained this is our only car and needed to know before 2 to organise school pick up.

Disc brakes at front needed to be changed as below minimum thickness after 34000 miles!but replaced parts not available for inspection

I needed my car back earlier than the usual time and Justin one of the service reception staff and the service personel worked wonders as they were so busy on this day and I got my car back washed and cleaned at the time I had asked - Very Happy.

The wash the car received was poor service. The wheels didn't seemed to have been touched. If this is a service you provide I expect it to be of the same high standard of all areas of the BMW experience.

When presented with the video of my Road Wheel and tyre wall split I was advised that the tyre could be refitted to the new wheel. This was not the right advise from a safety point of view, I had to with the tyre replacement on safety grounds

Despite no space to park due to construction work the sevice manager Dave Meehan as he walked past took the car from me and then escorted me to a waiting service advisor for my MOT appointment.

The repairs were completed to a high standard. No problems at all. No courtesy car was available until much later in the month though, which was disappointing considering this was a 3.5k repair bill.

I had to speak to an advisor when dropping off my vehicle to hand over the keys as I was in a hurry and had been asked to wait. I expect to be able to hand over my keys immediately upon entering the showroom and not have to wait in order to do so

They arranged the slot with service without delay (not the same experience I had encountered earlier that day with another dealer) and on arrival car was seen almost immediately. Video health check was clear and very detailed. Thank You

The car was washed, but it wasn't clean inside and outside. I only realized it had been washed when I checked the invoice; everything else was good.

Well run service Although I was a little confused when I got in my car after to see a sign to say my car had been washed - it had been vacuumed inside but not washed think the sign had maybe been left in the wrong car ?

Little feedback about the end of warranty checks, rude person on the phone days later when asked. Didn't feel like the customer was listened to, more interested in trying to sell me extended warranty. Very poor when you pay £40k-£50k for a car.

The courtesy car was supplied with only 54 mile range with zero charge in the battery 330e My car was supposed to be washed but looked like it was just wet with the hose!

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the 1st lady I dealt with who was quite abrupt and almost argumentative when asking for the cars software to not be reset as I have had it coded. The other 2 members of staff were excellent.

Did no receive an Invoice for the work carried out. Called to remind them, still not had it. Had front+rear dashcam installed - worked for 4 days, stopped recording on rear and then switching off by itself. Having to wait a month due to home pick up

Good discussion with representatives but no technical scope of work offered for the service and video was limited to tyre wear which I can check for myself. I would like a commentary on brakes condition and wear and tear under the body.

Another problem was that I was advised to purchase a service agreement to which I agreed. It turned out that I already had one in place but the service department didn't seem to be aware of this. It took over 2 months before a refund was made.
