Lost one star for automated phone calls. Very impersonal and getting a reminder at 7am was very unwelcome. Would be helpful to have the cost estimate in an email or text message not just verbal over the phone

My car was in for two weeks no updates Was informed my car was ready, only to arrive and be told it wasn't. Meetings had to be cancelled - very inconvenient. Was informed it would be ready later that day and was only last thing the following day.

Overall okay however 2 problems; 1) I wasn't contacted at all until about 4:45 in the evening to collect 2) I was charged £90 for a diagnostic on sticking fuel flap and told needed a new one. I tried WD40 when home and that worked! £90 wasted

Excellent experience. Receptionist told me where to go. The man who took my key and signed me in explained how long it would probably take. I received an email explaining how my inspection had gone and fully explained any issues.

Poor customer service, would've been stranded without a vehicle all weekend if I didn't call bmw UK to intervene. Also requested call backs and had to constantly keep chasing to get through.

Booking in was smooth and quick. Arrival was easy with the digital drop off box. The video health check was thorough and clear. The only thing I'd like to change is the collection. The wait was very long.

Service as always was exemplary. However - I used the online check in and check out. The issue was fixed - although no real explanation of what was changed/ fixed/ updated. I also requested new windscreen wiper blades - not fitted.

My experience is always good with here and I'm happy to have them as my local dealer. Docked one star this time though as a week after appointment I noticed my dash cam had been unplugged and left unplugged. Could have been a big issue if I needed it

The car headlights were moved to the OFF position while at the centre and not reset to the AUTO position before leaving. This has happened before and is dangerous as it results in customers inadvertently driving without headlights/taillights!

Service was fine BUT I don't like the new system for dropping keys off and picking them up. I don't have a smart phone, the contact number was my landline so I didn't have the access code, and no-one explained the new system to me!

I drove away only for error codes to immediately appear. You hadn't set the new tyre values in the system after replacing the tyres. There's always something you haven't checked / completed in full. I therefore had to return the car.
