I always use BMW Bowker Preston, I find it very friendly and efficient. I find the simple touches to help the most; i had a waiting appointment whilst I had 4 new tyres and a service, I was offered coffee and biscuits, perfect as id had no breakfast.

I had made an appointment for 9.30am and was kept waiting for 20 mins before I was seen regarding the service for my car. I had also been told over the phone it would take 90 mins but when I got there I was told it would be 2hrs

As soon as I was taken to the center after being recovered from the motorway,made to feel welcomed and informed of what happened next. Staff looked into if there was a tyre in stock and had it changed within an hour amazing service!!

i paid exrtra for summer service on top of health check, it was not carried out correctly. When i returned to my car i checked for example AdBlue, this was not topped up so i told the assistant. What about the rest of the sevice, i cannot check this

You quoted £350 to change sensor then road-tested & over heated car & charged £13,770 to repair the damage &threat legal action while I paid Bumper &you kept car for a year & returned it with the warning light still showing & back window jammed

I left the car at 9am and went for a wander, returning at 1. It hadn't been started. I have a brain injury so am easily fatigued in the afternoon and need to sleep. Although staff tried to find comfy chairs, my car wasn't ready till gone half three.

The service was completed on time, the other issues that the car came in for didn't get fixed as the parts weren't ordered, (having taken a days holiday to support this). When it was re-booked it took 2 days as further parts weren't needed.

Poor. Had to chase up to get an update about car sat there since 8am and didn't receive the inspection video until 4.33pm after chasing an update. Car still has service notification on dashboard despite going in for service.

Recall done. A clean car would've made the day-long hassle better. It was quite the adventure arranging to be without a car for the entire day and coordinating the travel back to your facility to retrieve it, but we managed to make it work.

The service itself was fine, however I did have a concern over advice provided on tyre replacement. A measured tread depth of what looked like 3.8 mm was rounded down to "around 3 mm" and replacement advised, which seemed premature.
