The feedback from Ruby was excellent. My car was returned dirty, when I highlighted this it was immediately cleaned - why not check it first? I should have been warned i needed to reconnect Bluetooth devices and relaod services prior to collection.

Took the day off work to bring the car from Barrow and they insisted it had to be in situ by 8.30am. The work only started during the later afternoon and was finished at 17.00.

I booked my car in for rear discs and pads and mot in June. I wanted the work done before the mot to avoid an advisory because I may have to sell the car before the next mot. The car was returned without the discs having been replaced. See below...

Service competed in a timely manner. Due to cold weather conditions the car was not externally washed and apologies received because of this. However internal cleaning was evident.

I took my car in just after 9am for an MOT, I arrived back at 2pm to collect it and they hadn't even started it! I had to wait until after 4pm for it to be ready. Allocated time slots should be given and adhered to so a day isn't wasted on an MOT.

Car failed first MOT because it was not serviced before MoT so I was not given opportunity to have work done ahead of time and now has a failed MOT on record. Invoice and admin work not done, investigation work was not completed entirely.

Happy with the MOT and service I received recently, the original date had to changed by Bowker as the courtesy car that we were offered was missed off the booking and there was no other vehichle available. This was rescheduled for two weeks later.

Friendly but not over familiar. Staff all seem to know what they are talking about. I was told that I would be able to have my car back the same day - important as I have child care commitments for my grandsons - and it was ready by mid afternoon.

The services was due to be completed in 90 mins.it actually was 150 mins. No updates where given and no explination. The car on diving away indicated that the types were flat.. The window wipers now leave a mark on the window and need replacing.

Extra work resolving a PDC fault requested. Informed the sensors were ok so bumpers would have to come off to carry out wiring checks at a cost of £280. Told the day after it was a sensor after all so billed for unnecessary work. £674 in all.

A waiting appointment for a brake fluid change took 2 hours 15 minutes. I was advised 1 hour 30 minutes. I was not given the option to decline the complimentary wash and vac. Every time I book a waiting appointment it always takes a lot longer.

I was rung to tell me my car was ready after its service. I arrived but had to wait about 30minutes. I had to ask for a MOT certificate. I was told it was in the car. I went to the car and it wasn't there. I went back and was told it would be emailed
