Took > 2 hrs (instead of 90mins max). On the check sheet I was given after the Technician listed the incorrect size tyres for 2 of my tyres. It appears the 'experts' have a lack of attention to detail. Doesn't give me much confidence for the job!!!

I was shocked the fact some coins when missing during our service. We left specific coins in the cup holder and were shocked to find coins taken.

Extra work resolving a PDC fault requested. Informed the sensors were ok so bumpers would have to come off to carry out wiring checks at a cost of £280. Told the day after it was a sensor after all so billed for unnecessary work. £674 in all.

A waiting appointment for a brake fluid change took 2 hours 15 minutes. I was advised 1 hour 30 minutes. I was not given the option to decline the complimentary wash and vac. Every time I book a waiting appointment it always takes a lot longer.

I was rung to tell me my car was ready after its service. I arrived but had to wait about 30minutes. I had to ask for a MOT certificate. I was told it was in the car. I went to the car and it wasn't there. I went back and was told it would be emailed

Natasha of the service agents was excellent when I booked my car in for MOT. The car failed and needed some work. I dealt with a different agent and she quite defensive and uncooperative when I asked questions. I feel she needs more experience.

Dropping the car off and picking it up I was dealt with in the body of the garage rather than the allocated desks,means it dropped a point. I also had a puncture and felt that it could have been repaired rather than replaced

Pleasant and friendly staff who kept us informed. However, when picking up the vehicle I noticed two scratches/chips on the doors - not present beforehand. The staff dealt with them at no charge. The vehicle was very clean inside and out - great.

Reception staff friendly and courteous, service advisor equally as courteous. However I would also like to let you know that the technician left the tyres under inflated. They had been reset to 33F 36R. Should be 36F 39R as per sticker in door shut.

An issue on the car I would have like resolved but they say are unable to remedy easily and as such would result in a currently unnecessary costly fix. I will review that issue in the future if it becomes necessary.

My car has done 9000 miles only. I have taken out an extended warranty but I was told that I would have to pay to get the fault investigated by a technician. The warranty which has a £250 excess apparently does not cover this
