From walking into the showroom to handover we were treated with a memorable and great experience. The sales advisor was excellent and communicated with us throughout, nothing was too much trouble.

Service from start to finish was excellent.. All details discussed and confirmed remotely as my base was in Scotland. Continually kept informed at all stages of the process, and very impressed with the handover procedure on day I collected new car.

Recall done. A clean car would've made the day-long hassle better. It was quite the adventure arranging to be without a car for the entire day and coordinating the travel back to your facility to retrieve it, but we managed to make it work.

Sale advisor doesn't have idea abt customer service. She put blame on me instead of finding resolution.

Poor communication Part of the work I asked to be done, wasn't done. The engagement I did get back constantly felt like they were in sell mode and not like they were providing me a service - Updates on progress were completely inadequate.
