Car not ready when said it would be! Generally happens with every service. Video presentation missed out a nail in rear tyre. Was told this tyre needed replacing after being informed via tel call to me. Second opinion, was only a 3mm tack!!

I initially found the centre didn't fix my issue and tried to dismiss my concerns. The service manager eventually got involved and I had to return my car. It was a complete mess and there was no compassion shown. It wasn't what you'd expect by bmw

Everything went very smoothly, the car was serviced quickly and the service personnel were really pleasant. My only complaint would be that they ask you to arrive 10 minutes early for a 9am, appointment, and then nobody can see you for 15 minutes.
