Good efficient and professional
Competitive pricing when compared with independent specialist, and although I have dealerships much closer to my home address I have always found bowker to be a nice easy experience, professional, friendly helpful staff, with work carried out swiftly

Service has always been good. Only reason why only 4/5 is that on one occasion the vehicle interior clean had made a streaky mess of both front & rear windscreen. As I left in direct sunlight it showed up particularly bad. Other than that very good.
On collecting my vehicle I was made to wait a long period of time with customers arriving after myself being attended to ahead of me. This was despite advising I wasn't able to wait around as I was due in a business meeting. I just needed to pay.

Because I booked in weeks in advance and asked for a specific part to be fitted. I confirmed it all in great detail but the Girl in service had ordered me the wrong part. A rear sensor not a front sensor. So the damaged one had to be re fitted.
Problem not resolved but staff and other services are good

Recently had the M4 in for its first service and it was booked in for 09:00 which was fine as I was told it would take all day, I felt a little annoyed that according to my app it wasn't started till 14:30 and ended up me leaving it over night
Service excellent however car registered in late September, spoke to you as out of country at time to see if ok to be a couple of weeks past date told no problem, looked on I drive service record and says 2 months late a little unhappy.
Delays at reception kept to a minimum, work completed as required and car cleaned before return.
the service has been disgusting and appalling from people not ringing when they said they would even with my car having to be returned 7 times in 6 months I am so disillusioned by the fact it is even BMW

Included collection/return of my car, and the car had been (unexpectedly) cleaned.
I had my son with my after school pick up and he was having an autistic meltdown. The service staff were extremely helpful and helped ease the transfer from courtesy car back to my own car and offered to help in any way I needed.

When attending for general maintenance of car the service experience has been satisfactory but trying to book in for any problems possibly where the cost is not retrievable has been met with some reluctance and excuses.
I was told the software would take 1 hour. It took 2.5 hours and was late for business appointment. The software update made no difference to the car so why upgrade.

I was told that a quotation would be sent either later same day or following morning. At the point receiving this survey (12.02pm) there had been nothing received. Subsequently at 16.15 I received a phone a phone call apologising for no reply.

On taking delivery of my BMW, I immediately noticed that one of the tyres was losing pressure. I was too busy to bring it back to your garage, so I topped up the pressure myself. When I returned the car, I was charged for a new tyre -not happy.
No major issues,was informed about potential problem needing looking into.
The installation work I asked to be done was completed very neatly and within the time promised.

There was a mix up with the appointment date , when the date was changed It was not updated on the system. after being told that I couldn't have the required date the team eventually sorted things out and the required date was achieved

All done to a high standard but screenwash was identified as an issue and wasn't topped up despite me being on a service plan. When I pointed this out, however I was offered to bring it back whenever I wanted to have it filled up for free.
I booked a fast lane service as there was no option for my car to be collected. The service took 2 hours and fifteen minutes meaning I was late for a work appointment.
The work was carried out within the time specified and to a very high standard.
I was a bit disappointed about the amount of work needed for an MOT and service with gearbox work and engine cover work needed on a low mileage car. Also I am unsure why my MOT was £54.85 when my husband had his MOT the week after and it was £39.99?
I am satisfied with all aspects of the dealership other than the coffee which is a bit sub standard. I have purchased 7 vehicles over the years from Kinders of Ashton to Bowker so doesn't that tell you something ?

After three visits the rattles have just about been fixed. I booked a loan car an X1. I was considering the car for my wife. When I got to the dealership despite all the notes saying to have an x1 available they gave me a 3 series. I was not happy
