Very slick service - expectations were set during the appointment stage and these were exceeded on the day.
Service was fine but one issue which I thought should have been corrected on the day required another visit.BMW arranged for the car to be collected and delivered back to my home so that save me at least 2 hours travelling.
I travelled out of my way to this dealership and I am glad I did. From start to finish everything was a good customer experience, in fact the service I received exceeded my expectations.
I am still awaiting a call back from my visit to the centre on 09.07.18 regarding some future work that I requested to be carried out. I am still awaiting a quote. I am also still experiencing some of the issues I had booked it in for.
Easy and simple to get car car booked in, courtesy car offers. At no point was an apology made to my wife about what had happened with the car.
Really pleased you offer a collection and drop off service for car servicing.
Good facilities and customer service.
3 things annoyed me. (1) I needed to ring at the end of the day to find out whether my brake problem had been sorted, (2) being told that my vehicle was just going through its wash when it wasn't washed and (3) minimal staffing to hand car back.

The service experience was very good. Unfortunately, when replacing a part they forgot to connect it back fully - causing a fault warning to come on and the need to call out an emergency service.

Disappointingly after having the car for three days when I picked it up and started the ignition the service overdue indication came on screen from the previous year. the care manager had to get the car reset .
I cannot speak high enough of The Bowker people and their high attention to customer care!

Not overly impressed with the valeting. Windscreen was smeared internally and need cleaning at home.Boot had not been cleaned.
A fantastic experience dealing with Bowker BMW, a special mention to Michelle who ensured everything went smoothly.
Again I allowed 90 minutes as promised, leaving the car at 12 noon, returning at 13.30 but the car was not ready until 24.15. In every other way the service experience met my expectations.

Service advisor did not have my correct email address on record after I provided it over the phone. This resulted in my appointment date and time not being confirmed by email as informed. I rang up the next day to confirm. Staff are friendly though.
Michelle, dealt with me from the beginning to the end of the experience maintaining continuity which was highly appreciated. She kept me fully informed at all stages and was friendly and professional. Well done.

Again Tom Aitkenhead from Bowker preston did an amazing job keeping us in the link and making sure we was looked after. The only thing I could fault, is last time we bought a BMW from Lloyds we got a bottle of wine and chocolate :)

Ben Cornwall was very approachable and his knowledgeable regarding the BMW products was second to none. I regularly purchase a new car (every eighteen months to two years) and can honestly say Ben was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.
The dealer new all about the car in detail including the model I was looking at. The reception team, sales team handling of my enquiry, test drive, loan of a car to test, followed by constant contact with updates was very professional.
