The M.O.T. took much longer than anticipated but I did obtain an explanation and an acceptable discount for the delay.

Everything was fine and finished in the time stated.
Poor service. The car was booked in for a known fault and we were told it would make 1 day. Only when I rang at 17:00 was I told it would not be ready. It was very inconvenient not having a car and we ended up not having it for 3 days.

My latest experience is very disappointing. A week after being advised a spare part would be in 'tomorrow' and asking for contact details of the after sales manager to discuss an issue under guarantee, nothing has happened.

Long wait to collect the car. This must happen every day at peak times. Surely some staff management at these times would alleviate the problem.
They go the extra mile to keep the customer happy
One of the faults notified was not fixed and car will need to go back in, also another fault has now appeared since the work. Finally, for a service with other dealers you get a report on the car with tread depths etc., all I received was an invoice.

On this occasion very little work required. Initially was expecting to do brake discs after previous years warning, after a mixed message saying needed discs & pads. Then told neither needed. So have had some minor communication problems

One telephone call to Bowker Preston to discuss problem with car hesitating at low revs. Car booked in, loan car arranged and car repaired in one day and also a full VHC report completed.

I believe the BMW camera may have been disconnected during service (has been previously) -and when reconnected it appears that the GPS is not resetting to current time (1 hour out).

No reason to complain
Bowker BMW Preston still haven't addressed one fault on my car that has been ongoing now for nearly 12 months, I will never use this dealership again, this after being a loyal customer for the last 10 years.
No petrol car ready at vehicle drop off, this mentioned at booking time. Service staff acted very coy regarding well known + documented faults regarding exhaust system on m140i. Lease taken with bowker, service plan agreed, No record, paid myself
Arrived at 8.25 and told job would take an hour. Took over 2 hours

The car bonnet was open on the passenger side and was told by the car to stop all the way home for 9 miles, I couldn't close it till I got home I was tried to be charged twice for my boot floor cover. The reverse camera is set to dark to use.
