I booked my car into there for some work on the 4th of March to have the misfitted rear bumper corrected and my malfunctioning DAB fixed. In the event they fixed none of the issues. However, they did update the software and removed my Apple Carplay
The staff were pleasant and efficient. I was kept informed of what was happening throughout. The work carried out on the car was done very well.
Brilliant service, nice staff and car was very clean afterwards.

was promised a full valet inside and out with a special coating being put on windscreen when I paid for the winter check up, not sure if they even touched the inside, not as good as the valet I had done at your Blackpool branch
MoT carried out quickly (I was able to wait) at a very good price ( I had a voucher from an earlier service visit).
There were no problems, and everything went well, without hassle.
Inspection carried out very well for work to be carried out at a later date, had a noise coming from brakes but was told the technician couldn't find a fault. As soon as i tested the car when driving off the fault is still present.

Car was not ready on time and I had to phone to be told this .Then was given a courtesy car with zero fuel and sweet wrappers in .I am not complaining about this but not the standard you promote.
I asked for an investment Hariono for the rumbling noise but got no specific reason for this apart from worn tyres as noticed during the service, so not sure if there was any investigation carried out.

I have been very frustrated with the service at Bowker Preston of late and have already raised some of these issues before. On my last visit, the service I received by the staff reiterated my previous thoughts that I am a number not a valued customer

I was impressed with the efficient service and the taxi ride there and back from Preston so I could do some shopping therapy whilst I was waiting for my service!
Dropped the car off @ 8.00 & said i would be back @ approx. 4.30. Arrived @ 4.45 to pick-up my car, was asked to wait, then @ 5.00 was told it was off to be cleaned. Then @ 5.15 was told the oil filter housing had failed & to come back next day.
Efficient service, kept up to date with progress of work
Discount was given on the investigation hours however my car was in for 5 days when I had a 2 week old baby and no access to an alternative vehicle was provided. little to no communication until the Tues/Weds after taking car in on Friday prior.

Service was great - Michelle is brilliant. You are very expensive thought so will probably look at another garage for anything else I need another than servicing.
Job was done satisfactorily and the driver (collection/delivery) was polite. When I refused to take the car back the following day to have the dash cam reconnected he came out and did it for me. I was unable to drive following abdominal surgery.
Great service from the lady on the desk - I was becoming frustrated as I'd waited about 40 mins for the car to be washed. She did what she could to help.
We were offered a 90 minute while you wait service which given we are not local suits us. From the reception to the service team we were dealt with courteously and made to feel welcome. All work done was explained before leaving.
I booked my car in for a service at 12.30pm and they looked after me really well, I was driving away at 2pm. The last garage I used it took a full day.

My appointment was kindly made to fit me in the day after I called, which i needed as later in the week, my car had 2 long journeys. It was a 90min FastLane appt. It took 5 hrs. I was made aware when booking in it may be longer than 1.5hrs.
my car was not serviced, I took it to my local garage which was cheaper.
Again always had the best experience.
Overall staff were excellent. Little disappointed that as tyre not in stock was told would have a phone call to my local BMW dealer to get the tyre on stock. As I was away on business in Preston. Not heard from BMW since so went Kwik Fit for my tyre

they were thorough and explained possible future tyre problem which they kindly solved

Took over a week to get an appointment that took 30 minutes. Washers wasn't topped up Ad blue needed topped up but no mention of that.

Had to wait around for return of car, despite phone call to say it was ready. Reason for service - fault of BMW computer system. Would have expected car to be washed as inconvenience to bring my car in as not my fault a computer error. Disappointing.

Website fails to allow service booking. Poor communication from service department - I had to chase progress and discovered they didnt have parts in stock (ironically I phoned a national chain garage and they could have gotten that day)

Car been into work shop 3 times and booked in again for the same fault. Boot will not shut correctly and Adblue readings incorrect
when i came to pick my car up after the service there was nobody on reception and was not directed to the waiting area and left stood around.The available service person said he was busyWhen eventually seen to,the lady was unfriendly and unengaging

It helped that we had a taxi organised to town and the service was carried out in the time given.
I felt the staff misled us and were not honest in their dealings with us .
