Purchase process was smooth. Maddie provided info on various options and additional packages and arranged the ones I selected in a straightforward way. Handover was great, with both Maddie and Tim providing a thorough and informative handover.

I was told what the problem was and how long it would take to fix it. I am always offered coffee and staff are very attentive. Any explanations are not given in a condescending way and always with respect.

I actually wanted a proper valet and was prepared to pay for it but I was told this wasn't available and a complementary one would be done. That's nice enough, but it wasn't a thorough job, and I really wanted the car to come back pristine.
