Maddie was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely contact her again when considering a new car. On collection I found the tech advisor to be really helpful, he showed me how everything worked in an easy to understand way.

Purchase process was smooth. Maddie provided info on various options and additional packages and arranged the ones I selected in a straightforward way. Handover was great, with both Maddie and Tim providing a thorough and informative handover.

I'd elected for the vehicle to be cleaned inside and out as part of leaving my vehicle with BMW for c.3 hours, but upon collection: it was evidently apparent the cleaning process was somewhat substandard / rushed and very much neglected.!

My vehicle was brought in for faulty armrest which fixed as expected. Whilst the vehicle was on site a safety recall was also needed which was also rectified with no issues.

I bought an approved used from a very good dealership (Williams in Rochdale) and that service was fantastic. I was advised to fix a few things under warranty at Bowkers and they didn't fix anything and made me pay for investigation time.

I actually wanted a proper valet and was prepared to pay for it but I was told this wasn't available and a complementary one would be done. That's nice enough, but it wasn't a thorough job, and I really wanted the car to come back pristine.

My car had another recall which they carried out with a free check. They highlighted both front damper dust covers had split and quoted over £600 to replace. That is quite some hourly rate on an 8 year old car.

Bowkers git 4 stars because I was not offered the "long-standing customer" discount until after I said the original price quoted for the work was too high for me. I am a pensioner and being asked to pay something like £175 extra more than annoys me.

Service was good, however not happy I had to pay for insurance of £20 for courtesy car and only had car for 4 hrs. My friend who drives a BMW and took his car to Llyods BMW for service and he didn't have to pay insurance and had vehicle for 48 hrs
