After the test drive the new care negotiations were completed really easily. There was a car on site that ws ready for me to have and they even took my audi as part of the deal. This meant it was a really smooth process.

The car was submitted due to problems with the software that seems to have been resolved. I was very disappointed to receive the service video stating one tyre on a vehicle I bought from Bowker is below the required tread level when the others are ok

Every thing want well. All staff where very polite and helpful, my only criticism was my car went in for a mot and service and was told that a wash and vacuum was included but was not to a very good standard Of what I would expect from bmw

I had to chase up for my health check video and quotation which I did receive later by email. To achieve five stars I would have expected a telephone call to inform me of the delay and to check that I had indeed received everything.

I trust Bowker Preston to look after all four BMW vehicles in my current ownership. Their reputation is enviably well earned and the fact that I'm prepared to make a 100 mile round trip to visit the dealership pays testimony to my confidence in them.

I was told the Airbag replacement would take 1-2 hours but on the day of appointment I was told to leave the car for the whole day. With no replacement car offered I had to run my errands all day using taxis. Asked to bring car back next day for pics

I felt the staff had no time for me. Melvin had a face of thunder when I came to collect my keys and it felt like I was bothering him immensely. I wanted to ask about my next vehicle as lease is up in next 12 months but did not due to his attitude.

As soon as we drove away service light came back on the car to say an oil change is needed in 1,300 miles. Was told at the time it was not recommended but now need to make arrangements to bring the car back again in such a short space of time

I was kept waiting for over an hour when dropping my vehicle off and collecting the courtesy car. Service light still on after a £1000 service isn't good enough.

My car failed its MOT. I was not impressed with the attitude of the lady who dealt with me on that day -she should know that a smile helps when dealing with customers. The person I saw the next day for the retest was very helpful and efficient.

The actual service is first class. BUT I gave one disappointment. The vehicle update identified 3 advisory: One was rubber covers for shock absorbers cuts £830. Ridiculous price. Another was pedestrian protection struts. Time date stamped cost £150?

Phone call to say car was ready.Asked dealership to make sure car was parked in disabled making it easy to load daughter and walker into my. Car wasn't ready had to wait 20 minutes and had to ask again for car to be brought to disabled bay.
