the guy came, took it, they did it and he returned it, job done.event time estimates a bit vague.
Car was in for an MoT and required a new tyre. I queried the price as I had found a real comparison that was £75 cheaper. service manager had left for the day, therefore I had to pay the full price. Promised a call back which wasnt received?
MOT experience was flawless.

The car was delivered back with a stone chip to the rear passenger door which I was confident wasnt there before. I rang the service dept, and emailed a photo but no-one has come back to me.

On a Sunday evening the hand break failed. I telephoned BMW emergency services and an engineer told me this was not a problem and the car could be left safely in "Park" On Monday I telephoned service at Bow who said the problem could not be dealt

I would have given a 5 star rating but my recent visit took longer than scheduled which I found somewhat stressful.
Job was done well and we achieved what was set out. Service engineer arranged for a taxi and I was most pleased when the driver advised that I didn't need to pay, and it was already paid for by BMW Bowker Preston. Unexpected, very nice touch!

The service was fine. The service manager rang me to tell me I needed new tyres (ridiculously expensive quote), and told me the car would be ready at 4.00pm as agreed. I had to wait around for a further 30 minutes before it was ready.

I would have liked the car to be taken in after the first fault warning came up. As the message disappeared after a short time I was told to keep driving. It was only taken in on the second fault warning leading to some worry on my part.

Even though I did ask for the outside of my car not to be washed, I would have thought that the debris from the pollen filter replacement would have been cleaned away rather than being left in the passenger footwell and not cleaned out!

I did have to return the car the next day as the tyre pressure monitor would not reset. The garage rectified this but it should have been checked before the car was handed back to me.

Only thing that let you down was Enterprise. I had to call them numerous times daily to finally get an automatic.Michelle at Bowkers managed this within the hour.

Grateful for being booked in within 24 hours of calling, unfortunately poor management of expectations. What was indicated as a quick piece of work took 3 hours and at one point was told it would be finished in 10/20 minutes but took another hour
Great service from Megan Sellers and Nick Jones. Would highly recommend them both and can't thank them enough for great service and support.
Overall very pleased with the responsiveness. Was disappointed that it was not possible to price match the tyre with the identical one fitted just 2 months earlier. Car was not as clean as previous valet sessions.

Having had a relative minor mishap, and after a few days in your charge, my car was returned in good as new order.

When car went in for service mileage to next service had just gone to 17000. BMW only reloaded software but on return the mileage to next service was down to 16000. Could you get back to me on this please.

Should the wheel alignment not have been checked before I bought this car, It was supposedly serviced and computer updated before purchase
Friendly efficient service
Booked in for a major service and now says I need another service in 3000 miles for brake pads when they are all green on the major service. I do motorway mileage and use my brakes less that an urban commuter something doesn't add up.

I have already recommended Bowkers Preston to people I know.We have to travel to the Preston sight and went there as that sight was located near Mercedes and Audi. (The sales staff there are no competition). Bowkers Preston are worth the journey.
