My vehicle issue was not completely resolved when I collected my car, but following a phone call, this was quickly rectified.
I have owned many BMWs in my life, I did however buy an Audi once and back in 2011 I had the worst experience with Audi preston and their customer service/ sales person. I decided to go back to bmw and have been a happy customer since.

The service and professionalism is as good as any I have experienced. I have had very good service from Bowker Preston and on the odd occasion any problems have been quickly and courteously dealt with.

The list of areas to be inspected in the MOT was comprehensive and any problem would have been stated on the customer's copy of the inspection. The washing and vacuuming of the car is a real bonus for me as a disabled driver.

As usual, a friendly and easy experience with professional, knowledgeable staff.
I had an issue with my locking wheel nuts and although the car is just out of warranty I was dealt promptly and corrosion and felt I was a valued customer. I was charged for the tool hire but was pleasantly surprised as the charge was minimal.
Having booked the MOT at Bowker I was given the option of waiting or collecting at a later time. Before collecting I was given the video tour underneath the car and the written report by text. Both were very helpful.
