Service was done efficiently and with excellent communication.
Friendly staff, bodywork repair beautifully done and car washed and vacuumed before I collected it.
The staff are brilliant and nothing is to much trouble. Very efficient and friendly and the Service Manager makes sure any issues are sorted and discusses everything in detail to make sure you know what is going on and that they dont miss anything
The arrangements were convenient, a courtesy car was needed and provided 0 it was hassle -free and the car was returned cleaned - I loved that :)

The part was not in stock so had to return the following day. The fitment took an excessive amount of time, given that it had been arranged the day before.

Generally good but you can wait a while to see a service advisor at Bowker Preston when you visit to either drop off or collect your car. Not a huge issue but would have been a bit irritating if I had been in a hurry
Fix issues with car, no hastles, under warrenty
MOT took twice as long as the time quoted so I had to wait around. Every time car goes in it comes back with all seat belts plugged in, front and back and car seats moved which takes a long time to get them just right again which is a right pain!
Everything done I expected and the wash and valet included was excellent
Euan and Michelle have looked after me very well and my case was referred to BMW UK with a satisfactory outcome. It was surprising to find new brake pads were advised which were not necessary after querying.
My car was fixed and cleaned whilst I was given tremendous customer service.

Very slick service - expectations were set during the appointment stage and these were exceeded on the day.
Service was fine but one issue which I thought should have been corrected on the day required another visit.BMW arranged for the car to be collected and delivered back to my home so that save me at least 2 hours travelling.
I travelled out of my way to this dealership and I am glad I did. From start to finish everything was a good customer experience, in fact the service I received exceeded my expectations.
I am still awaiting a call back from my visit to the centre on 09.07.18 regarding some future work that I requested to be carried out. I am still awaiting a quote. I am also still experiencing some of the issues I had booked it in for.
Easy and simple to get car car booked in, courtesy car offers. At no point was an apology made to my wife about what had happened with the car.
3 things annoyed me. (1) I needed to ring at the end of the day to find out whether my brake problem had been sorted, (2) being told that my vehicle was just going through its wash when it wasn't washed and (3) minimal staffing to hand car back.

The service experience was very good. Unfortunately, when replacing a part they forgot to connect it back fully - causing a fault warning to come on and the need to call out an emergency service.

Again Tom Aitkenhead from Bowker preston did an amazing job keeping us in the link and making sure we was looked after. The only thing I could fault, is last time we bought a BMW from Lloyds we got a bottle of wine and chocolate :)
