Great staff and most helpful
My wife waited 50 minutes after being told the car was being washed only to get it back unwashed.Also, I was told I would have to pay 50% to rectify a problem with the front wheel which was caused by Bowker in the first place.
The car was left at 9 am but was still not ready at 3 pm There seemed a reluctance to discuss the reason for having an update on the electronics
Completely satisfied because the staff are always polite and helpful. And the prices are relatively competitive.

Only thing that let you down was Enterprise. I had to call them numerous times daily to finally get an automatic.Michelle at Bowkers managed this within the hour.

Car booked in, dropped off at dealer, then later receive a telephone call to arrange to book my car in for the work that it had been dropped off for some two hours earlier. Receive another telephone call only part of the work would be done

Had given me the best deal also i had only went in for service on my front breaks and had done a health check on my car as i was travelling to london due to short notice was given a booking slot straight away over the phone
Grateful for being booked in within 24 hours of calling, unfortunately poor management of expectations. What was indicated as a quick piece of work took 3 hours and at one point was told it would be finished in 10/20 minutes but took another hour

Overall very pleased with the responsiveness. Was disappointed that it was not possible to price match the tyre with the identical one fitted just 2 months earlier. Car was not as clean as previous valet sessions.

Having had a relative minor mishap, and after a few days in your charge, my car was returned in good as new order.

When car went in for service mileage to next service had just gone to 17000. BMW only reloaded software but on return the mileage to next service was down to 16000. Could you get back to me on this please.

Booked in for a major service and now says I need another service in 3000 miles for brake pads when they are all green on the major service. I do motorway mileage and use my brakes less that an urban commuter something doesn't add up.

Bowker, Preston are absolutely brilliant! They have looked after my car since I bought it in September 1999! All the staff are efficient and courteous with Jim Boardman and Eoghan Gilbert and Harold (Technician) deserving special praise.

Two small gripes: 1) The service reminder was not updated on the dashboard 2) the Bowker VHC Report indicated all my wheels and tyres were fine with green ticks. The MOT inspection revealed I had to have one tyre changed. Inaccurate report completion
I wanted to update my sat nav software and your staff member tried hard to confirm this while we waited but confirmed a USB was the only way. I thought the car was performing well before the service, but afterwards it was even better

Originally told the service would be free of charge, then told that it wouldn't and the best would be to do it at a discounted rate. Picked the car up and left without any charge at all only to be called later and asked to make payment! Tyres flat!
