I was advised of a cheaper way to pay for my servicing, which I have taken advantage of, and the service was completed on time and staff friendly and helpful.
The team are always friendly, explain everything well, and manage expectations (e.g. your car should be ready by 12:30; it was ready around 11:45)

My car is an expensive car and I don't like people going in it and as I said my friend said they were the best so I drove the 25 miles to use them as I could of used Williams in Liverpool and I was more than satisfied with them.

The work was carried out as planned, I was kept updated throughout and the staff were helpful, friendly and polite.
Craig in service department was very helpful when arranging the annual service & MOT. Terry the technician called updating me of the vehicle's status after sending a video of the car's health check, advising what part was required to pass the MOT.
My car was recalled for some safety work even though it is now approaching 7 years old and I cannot fault BMWs commitment to safety recalls.
All issues concerning my vehicle were addressed.

Exceptional customer service from a Mr Jake Simpson, who i have dealt with in the past. Very quick to reply to my emails when booking car in for service. and loan car sorted with out any fuss, and call backas promised when car was ready to collect.
With regard to the MOT everything took place on time and the service was great at a really reasonable price.

The sales team were great my car took longer than expected to arrive which was a bit frustrating. The sales manager Megan. was apologetic and gave me and my wife a voucher for a night away which was a lovely touch.
