Tuesday Welsh was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and she explained everything fully. In a service department that I already think is fantastic, she exceeded every brilliant experience I'd had to date. Please would you pass on my thanks.
Friendly staff - pre and during the service. I waiting while my car was service and they found me a quiet space to work while I waited. So apart from the post incident all was very good.
Very swift and easy to deal with. Even though there were covid restrictions in place. The only very minor thing was that the battery had been off for the job. It would have been nice if the mechanic had reset the clock. Easy for us to sort though! ??

Very happy with the service I received exactly what was expected from my initial contact with the advisor on arrival. The only drawback would be the cost but I suppose you get what you pay for. Will be returning in the future when required.

Because of what i've already said and because they arranged a further visit to make sure the problem had been resolved. Also they provided a driver to collect and bring back my car.

I have owned many BMWs in my life, I did however buy an Audi once and back in 2011 I had the worst experience with Audi preston and their customer service/ sales person. I decided to go back to bmw and have been a happy customer since.

The Covid pandemic restrictions obviously played a massive part in the whole experience but I don't think that Bowker BMW in general and Katie Needham, the sales representative in particular, could have handled things any better.
