With the covid 19 restrictions, I felt that the Bowker dealership had taken every precaution to ensure its customers were safe. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
I was able to book a service slot at a time convenient to me and the work was carried out as per the agreed timeframe. The standard of work was first class.

From booking the appointment to visiting for the service it was explained fully what I needed to do in view of the pandemic and what the garage would do on their part to keep everybody safe. Fully appraised at all times by Emily on reception.

Arranged over the telephone, When arrived to drop car off receptionist very pleasant and helpful. I asked if we could collect the car at a specific time to keep an appointment and she arranged this and telephoned to confirm
Everything was done satisfactorily and in the time specified. A small software glitch was identified and noted to be fixed at my MOT visit next month. This has not been an inconvenience

The service was what I've come to expect from Bowker, always professional and attentive, listening to what I want rather than trying a "hard sell" - which to me, at least, would be a real turn off
Impressed with how professional Bowker always are but also how the Preston staff are down to earth. Unlike some other BMW dealerships. Hence why I always travel to Bowker and not my local one.
