I felt that Bowker (specifically Emma Eyre and the service team) went well beyond what i've experienced at other BMW dealerships to solve the issues with my M2. Communication was excellent making the entire experience less stressful.
Staff are always polite, they keep you up to date with your car and the dealership is a pleasant place to wait whilst the car is being serviced etc.
