Website fails to allow service booking. Poor communication from service department - I had to chase progress and discovered they didnt have parts in stock (ironically I phoned a national chain garage and they could have gotten that day)
All warranty queries and service performed in a timely manner and at my convenience. On handover of my car all works performed were clearly explained.

Car been into work shop 3 times and booked in again for the same fault. Boot will not shut correctly and Adblue readings incorrect
when i came to pick my car up after the service there was nobody on reception and was not directed to the waiting area and left stood around.The available service person said he was busyWhen eventually seen to,the lady was unfriendly and unengaging

It helped that we had a taxi organised to town and the service was carried out in the time given.
I felt the staff misled us and were not honest in their dealings with us .
All members of the team I have met so far have been a pleasure to deal with and more than happy to help.

Winter check & glass treatment to be completed while I waited. Reception good & I was informed that a recording of the car check would be forwarded by e Mail.(not done)Rec not told when work completed & all inside glass made very dirty by wash/vac.

Car was picked up in the morning, serviced and minor warranty problem rectified and returned to my home address fully valeted at no extra cost later in the day.
I had to wait while the wheels were changed, as there was no Courtesy car or pickup available within a week of the desired appointment

Not offered a courtesy car only a lift somewhere. I could have asked.When phoning to enquire of readiness of car, service dept busy and main receptionist said they would phone me back. Did not happen and has not happened on previous occasion
The team go out of their way to ensure you are made comfortable and keep you updated with progress. At the end of any work a detailed explanation is given.
Everything always explained to me and alleviate any concerns l ever have.

My car has been off the road for a total of four days for a rattle/vibration problem.Another visit has been scheduled to rectify.

The car was delivered back with a stone chip to the rear passenger door which I was confident wasnt there before. I rang the service dept, and emailed a photo but no-one has come back to me.

On a Sunday evening the hand break failed. I telephoned BMW emergency services and an engineer told me this was not a problem and the car could be left safely in "Park" On Monday I telephoned service at Bow who said the problem could not be dealt

Job was done well and we achieved what was set out. Service engineer arranged for a taxi and I was most pleased when the driver advised that I didn't need to pay, and it was already paid for by BMW Bowker Preston. Unexpected, very nice touch!
The service was fine. The service manager rang me to tell me I needed new tyres (ridiculously expensive quote), and told me the car would be ready at 4.00pm as agreed. I had to wait around for a further 30 minutes before it was ready.
I would have liked the car to be taken in after the first fault warning came up. As the message disappeared after a short time I was told to keep driving. It was only taken in on the second fault warning leading to some worry on my part.
As already stated all departments offer fantastic service and advice

I did have to return the car the next day as the tyre pressure monitor would not reset. The garage rectified this but it should have been checked before the car was handed back to me.
I used the service while you wait. I was kept informed of progress at all stages of the process by helpful & charming staff.
Even though I did ask for the outside of my car not to be washed, I would have thought that the debris from the pollen filter replacement would have been cleaned away rather than being left in the passenger footwell and not cleaned out!

Everything was flawless apart from remote services & Spotify not working using an andriod device. Gurus working on a solution. Would have been 5 star if not for this issue

Bought a B M W for our daughter earlier in the year from Chris Turner he was marvellous , weve always had VW vehicles , the customer experience was so outstanding we decided that when we were changing our car it would be a B M W service wonderful !
I have already recommended Bowkers Preston to people I know.We have to travel to the Preston sight and went there as that sight was located near Mercedes and Audi. (The sales staff there are no competition). Bowkers Preston are worth the journey.
Didn't intend buying a brand new car but glad I did.
