Arranged over the telephone, When arrived to drop car off receptionist very pleasant and helpful. I asked if we could collect the car at a specific time to keep an appointment and she arranged this and telephoned to confirm
Everything was done satisfactorily and in the time specified. A small software glitch was identified and noted to be fixed at my MOT visit next month. This has not been an inconvenience

Impressed with how professional Bowker always are but also how the Preston staff are down to earth. Unlike some other BMW dealerships. Hence why I always travel to Bowker and not my local one.

A lady named Tuesday Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Her communication was both excellent and reassuring. She was a real ambassador for both BMW and Bowker.

I called about the problem. I guy drove 200 miles round trip the next day to collect my car. Service communicated well throughout. 3 days later I had my car returned by the same guy. He was very friendly and chatty. Service dept were great.

Got my car from Bowker Preston 12 years ago and I've never had any problems with them I know take my other bmw to them for service
A lead on my car was damaged by a mechanic so I had to use a loan car and come back later. This was inconvenient but at least I had a chance to drive an electric car which was great.
Staff were pleasant both in the branch and on the phone. I was pleased that a fault was identified on the Oxygen sensor and then corrected before returning the car.
