They were efficient in the office and it had designated signs so I knew where I needed to go and the lady who gave me my car key back was really nice

Thought front and rear pads needed replacing, checked and only front needed to be done. Could easily have been miss sold elsewhere and had something not needed done.

My car was recalled for some safety work even though it is now approaching 7 years old and I cannot fault BMWs commitment to safety recalls.
Craig in service department was very helpful when arranging the annual service & MOT. Terry the technician called updating me of the vehicle's status after sending a video of the car's health check, advising what part was required to pass the MOT.

On this occasion I had a sit and wait 90 minute slot. I explained that I could not stay any longer on this occassion due to work commitments. On hearing this, the manager ensured my car was dealt with as soon as possible and had it back to me early.

Friendly staff - pre and during the service. I waiting while my car was service and they found me a quiet space to work while I waited. So apart from the post incident all was very good.
Very swift and easy to deal with. Even though there were covid restrictions in place. The only very minor thing was that the battery had been off for the job. It would have been nice if the mechanic had reset the clock. Easy for us to sort though! ??
