I have owned many BMWs in my life, I did however buy an Audi once and back in 2011 I had the worst experience with Audi preston and their customer service/ sales person. I decided to go back to bmw and have been a happy customer since.
My vehicle issue was not completely resolved when I collected my car, but following a phone call, this was quickly rectified.

As usual, a friendly and easy experience with professional, knowledgeable staff.
I had an issue with my locking wheel nuts and although the car is just out of warranty I was dealt promptly and corrosion and felt I was a valued customer. I was charged for the tool hire but was pleasantly surprised as the charge was minimal.
Having booked the MOT at Bowker I was given the option of waiting or collecting at a later time. Before collecting I was given the video tour underneath the car and the written report by text. Both were very helpful.
Car in for recall, did what was stated
The list of areas to be inspected in the MOT was comprehensive and any problem would have been stated on the customer's copy of the inspection. The washing and vacuuming of the car is a real bonus for me as a disabled driver.

I was made so welcome the staff took time to engage with me ensuring that I was happy. Made me feel important. Ensuring that I was doing the right thing. I had a laugh which was important to me. They gave me the time of day.
Even during lockdown the dealer kept me fully advertised on progress of my order and did everything possible when vehicle handed over. Looking forward to re visiting when possible to thank staff and go through a proper hand over
