Disappointingly after having the car for three days when I picked it up and started the ignition the service overdue indication came on screen from the previous year. the care manager had to get the car reset .
I cannot speak high enough of The Bowker people and their high attention to customer care!

A fantastic experience dealing with Bowker BMW, a special mention to Michelle who ensured everything went smoothly.
Not overly impressed with the valeting. Windscreen was smeared internally and need cleaning at home.Boot had not been cleaned.
Again I allowed 90 minutes as promised, leaving the car at 12 noon, returning at 13.30 but the car was not ready until 24.15. In every other way the service experience met my expectations.

Service advisor did not have my correct email address on record after I provided it over the phone. This resulted in my appointment date and time not being confirmed by email as informed. I rang up the next day to confirm. Staff are friendly though.

Good service provided
I was kept waiting too long. The car went in at 10.30 for collection around 2pm.it was 4pm before the car was ready. Fortunately I wasn't in a great hurry. Also a significant disciunt was applied aand apologies given for the delay.

Booked in for Break fliud change and MOT and was under the understanding that break fluid was covered on my SERVISE PACK only to be told that its was chargeable as it was the second break fluid change even though my service pack was still valid.

My car was an ex BMW car which had its 1st service at under 10,000 mls & under 6 months old. This caused my '2nd' service (which was to be a 'Major' service costing circa £600) to be required after only 2½ years with less than 16,000 mls on the clock

The car was dealt with efficiently and I felt that Eoghan provided time to listen and discuss the 'symptoms' I had identified.
Car serviced whilst you wait in pleasant and comfortable surroundings drinking good free coffee. After service the car is returned washed and cleaned.

I asked for the car back at 3pm, the service advisor wrote 2.30pm on the sheet however I had to chase it at 4pm and got the car back at 4.45pm. As it happens I was able to rearrange my day but had I not been able to, it could have caused an issue.

Replacement of failed component under warranty was carried out satisfactorily. We dropped the car off for the repair and in immaculate condition. When the car was returned we were horrified to see the dirty paintwork following its complementary wash.
