Couldn't ask for more a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to paying the bill it was even cheaper then quoted which was nice

Use of technology to give customers waiting for a car progress information would be helpful. Also the option to email receipts and information on the condition of a car after servicing etc would be welcomed by customers like me.

Bowker BMW Preston still haven't addressed one fault on my car that has been ongoing now for nearly 12 months, I will never use this dealership again, this after being a loyal customer for the last 10 years.
Arrived at 8.25 and told job would take an hour. Took over 2 hours

I'm still waiting to hear back about a potential warranty issue. Have rung and left a message for the service advisor twice and he still hasn't rung back, even to say there is no news yet.
We waited and the seats etc were comfortable and the service completed in one and a half hours.
Confusion over my service pack coats, and whether they actually covered the total price of service. Still awaiting response from Bowker service team.

There were no negatives from this visit.
I had difficulty parking, however a member of staff immediately offered to park the car for me. Within moments of my booking in I was seen. The car was taken for service and MOT. I was kept informed of progress and the outcome.
Always welcomed at Bowker's and made to feel special. Everything explained fully, a nice courtesy car and my car given back to me washed and vacuumed

Been taking my cars to Bowker since 2008 and always had good service
Courtesy car arranged prior to service i none available on arrival taxi provided but this left me without a car all day. Taxi sent to take me to my car when service completed. Not satisfactory.
No problems what so ever in booking car in for service over the phone, and courtesy car provided at no cost, and service completed as required with no problems.

Work carried out satis with little delay: however, neither Bowker Preston or Bowker Blackburn seem able to update the service records onboard my car 'right first time'. This is disappointing
took car in night before...had car all day friday and not one call to me on the friday to update me on what was happening (i had to ring bowker) terrible communication from staff. provided me with courtesy car with no fuel.
Service experience was very satisfied but my car was damaged in the car park after service. Unknown driver backed into my car whilst parked awaiting collection. All cars reversed parked which encourages bad drivers to do the same. Very disappointed.

Car was booked in for a general fluids top up and dropped off at approx. 10.15am and I was explicit that the car was required finished by 4.30pm. The car was not ready until 5.15pm which made me late for other appointments.

Took longer than originally suggested it would to complete the required work but the staff are always friendly and the waiting area is comfortable.

Slow 'fast lane' service. Was told 90 mins / ended up being double that.
Having received a text message to say my vehicle was ready for collection, I was told half an hour after my arrival that my car was not ready due to a software problem. I had to wait 2hrs. I later found that all my telephone contacts were all erased.

Michelle Pearsonlee was an excellent Service Advisor. She helped me stay mobile whilst being frustrated by another BMW Centre as they were delaying in authorising works.
I have received a high level of customer service. However, my wife visited with the car on the last service and due to the misunderstanding of the BMW service package, she paid for the interim service. I realise this is a BMW UK issue.
Having benefitted from bowkers excellent service and customer care for over 12 years I am always happy to rely on their high standards, support and advice when purchasing, servicing and,unfortunately, repairing my vehicles.
Arrived for booked appointment - annual oil change - my request. Was expecting to wait for this service, but had been told on the telephone the car would have to be left (guarantee work). Asked at the time for an auto, offered a manual. Took car away
Normally I have been totally satisfied. The problem this time was at 1pm I received a call to say my car was nearly ready. I returned at 1.30. I then had to wait at least another hour + for my car!
Everything was explained well (even the not so good news!), staff are very polite, professional and courteous.

A few minor issues occurred due to a London based BMW dealer letting down the Preston dealership regarding transfer of a BMW X3. These problems were overcome by the dealership and I was kept informed throughout.
