Excellent communication and final result. Took a long time to finally diagnose and fix faults.
Car in for only a replacement tyre due to puncture. When car picked up tyre pressure monitor not fully re set and advised to monitor it on journey home. When re set completed on journey home, tyre was 0.5 bar below required pressure. Car returned.
I use Bowker Preston close to where I work despite living in Wilmslow, Cheshire, this applies to service and sales. All dealings with Bowker Preston have been professional and clear, without pushy sales.
Whilst I was pleased with the fact the work was carried out under warranty, I was not impressed that I had to travel 10miles out of my way and lose an hour of my night to return to the dealership to get the undertray fixed on to the car properly.

As always the team at Bowker Preston delivered a first class service from start to finish very happy.
3 times this year I have been kept waiting for much longer than the designated time. Most recently I was informed my car was ready at 10 am. I went to the garage to pick it up at 12.15 pm and still had to wait an hour.

Went in expecting to have to book a date to have problem fixed, surprised when they took the car there and then and gave me a courtesy car. Had to order the parts but my car will still back with me the next day. Easily the best experience I've had.
I had a brake issue and was very happy that I was able to bring the car in at short notice. I appreciated the straightforward communication. I was also happy with the comfortable environment while waiting and Eoghan kept my daughter entertained!

Everything went well. Though my brakes now have a grating, crunchy nose at slow speed they didn't have before it went in.
Great but took a little longer than expected and as I was waiting this was a little frustrating, but overall very good.
I had new alloys and winter tyres fitted. Two cups of tea later the car was returned washed and vacuumed.

I booked the car in to replace rear bump stops following a previous Service advisory. This wasnt done, but an end of warranty inspection was done. I re-booked to have the bump stops replaced but again this wasnt done, so I need to book a 3rd time
I had to wait 20 mins+ in the seating area before seeing service reception - it would have been longer had I not asked what the delay was.Also I chose to wait as I was advised the job would take 1.5 hours - I waited for 2.5 hours.
Totally satisfied with their management of the situation and kept me informed.

The staff were polite and the recall carried out quickly. We left the car and on our return it had been washed and valeted to a high standard.

There is a small scratch and dent on the wing adjacent to the repaired wheel that was not there before the process started. The team have flattened and polished it but it is still there. Please note that my car was not used between visits to BMW
Welcomed opportunity to wait, which wasn't an option at my local dealer.
Overall very pleased , but when I asked whether my service book would be stamped , I was told yes , but when I got home it wasn't , so I had to make a special journey to get it stamped and up to date .
Met my expectations
I felt the car was well taken care of (and I was impressed at the technology behind the service visit - linked to my car details).

Quick and efficient service
The car was fully serviced prior to collection and the brakes just wanted bedding in .and after a while would stop. We gave it a long while and then I asked again when I bought some accessories and was told that when it went in for its first service
when i arrived to collect my car i was dealt with straight away and my car was clean and everything works as it should.
Overall, happy with experience and outcome. Did not have much done and took longer than expected. Traffic around Bowker can be terrible - makes getting to/from an ordeal (not your fault) Comfortable waiting area.
Nothing to fault
Got straight in, courtesy car was ready waiting. Work was completed on time.
I was completely satisfied with the service primarily due to the courtesy shown by the Gentlemen who collected my car from home and delivered it on Service completion. I must also mention the excellent follow up e-mail and video.
Would have given 5 stars but there was a mistake on my bill which the service operator kindly adjusted when I questioned.
They were the most accommodating BMW Centre I have visited! Excellent service from the girls on the front desk & Rachel who dealt with my problem!
Convenient and great job
The receptionist knew his stuff (he'd probably worked in the service department before as a mechanic). He said the probable cause of the leak (leaves collecting under the bonnet blocking a drain hole) would be checked anyway during the service.
