Again I belive that Bowker Preston provide great service and always have a smile on all colleagues faces, they are welcoming and polite and ideally I even would consider working here, thats if there were any positions available.

Very satisfied with service - however water leak through LHD Steering wheel grommet should have been classed as a LATENT DEFECT within the 6 year time scale under the UK Sale of Goods Act and repaired FREE OF CHARGE and not at a cost to me of £427.

Professional staff and workforce
As previously mentioned, the service was slightly better than ive exeperienced the time before.
The dealer kept us fully informed up to date with all work which was being carried out, prices were as quoted with no expensive surprises! Pick and drop off service was very efficient and fitted in well with our schedules.
My overall 'customer experience' level had dropped alarmingly from previous years.
Overall very good but facilitates in the waiting area are not as good as some other local Bmw dealers
Bowkers in Preston have astonished me with their professional skill, courtesy and efficiency for many years. I bought my car from them in 1999 and they have looked after it perfectly ever since. An amazing record over so many years.
Low coolant warning appeared on the dashboard the day after the service. Car was washed & valeted but dashboard surfaces were still dusty and had not been wiped down.
The time I was given for my car to be serviced was accurate as was the expected time of completion ,,, this is important to me.
Slow to fix the problem I had and took circa 2 weeks! Saving grace was Michelle who was brilliant!

My recent oil service was carried out well as far as I can tell, the requests I made for the car not to be vacuumed or washed were honoured.

I was told my wait would be 1 hour 15 mins. Took over 3 hours and not once did anyone come to me to update me. I had to chase all the time.Enquired about an upgrade on my car and the PCP quote was horrendous. Seems LR values BMW cars better on p/x
The faults I reported have only partially been dealt with.
On the day I dealt with Ewan at Bowker Preston, who always goes above and beyond and I feel he treats customers with a warm welcoming, and is excellent at customer service. My car was handed back to me in a clean manner.

After expressing my displeasure at the car not being ready the service receptionist offered to deliver the car to my home. At 18:15 a taxi arrived at my house to take me to Bowkers at Preston. The taxi was for the delivery driver not me!!

Friendly staff. Although I was told it would be 90 mins if I waited for the mot. So myself and my 5 year old daughter waited and it was over 2 hours which wasn't ideal.
Rang up to make appointment which I had to change to Saturday morning. No problems in changing. Reception very polite and efficient.

You dealt with the breakdown to my full satisfaction including negotiating what I felt was a fair contribution from BMW.

I cannot think of anything they could have done better
One problem was fixed another attempted to fix but still having issues so have had to book my car to go back in which is an inconvenience.
I had an issue with the horn working intermittently. They could find nothing wrong and when I got the car back it worked well for a time but taking it in for the second visit it failed to work on a bridge but they could still not find a fault.
I felt I was treated as a valued customer.
All staff happy & smiling greeted correctly by reception & passed straight over no waiting excellent! The lady on reception oh yes it's a service no problem.
I have a 5 yr service contract and the brake fluid was changed to avoid the need for me to return within a month.
As mentioned above would have hoped they would have spotted the fault before or when returning the car to me and scheduled the repair accordingly. Took 2 further visits to get it repaired in the end. That said Bowker Preston were professional.
On the day the service was excellent, disappointed that I didn't receive a call back when I had requested one via Blackburn Bowker.
When booking the car in, I was very clear, I needed an auto courtesy car. Was assured its sorted. Arrived for the appointment and they had no clue I requested an auto. The only auto offered was a 7 seater minivan. Inappropriate.
No problems at all, everything went very smoothly. I always keep a point or two back in case of a outstanding surprise next time.
The warranty repairs have been completed
All work was completed on time and the washers now work better than ever.

BMW had decided to fit a new ERG valve to our model of vehicle, and this was fully communicated prior to the service taking place. The work was carried out in the predicted timescale. Very impressed with the 4.9 scoring above. Opportunity to improve!

The service I received was of the usual very high standard.
X1 in for a routine fix,wife opted out of the courtesy car and went shopping, call to say car was ready, arrived back told car in que for cleaning. Sat for 45 mins with 4 yr old daughter, then told car quite clean anyway. KFC receipt in driver door?

Service was scheduled for 90 mins.I checked in 20 mins early, but the service still ran 10 mins over scheduled time.The optional wash and vac took 50 minutes.I was waiting all this time, and had to ask for the vehicle back as was going to be late

Car was collected and work done without any trouble.
The work was carried out very well, but took well over two hours for an oil change. I was promised an express 90 minute turnaround, but clearly this SLA was not met.

This was a recall so not st my revues or to my car servicing schedule
Everything done as promised and car valeted before being returned.Only slight problem was that some of the programmed buttons had lost their programming and had to be re done when i got home.
Service was executed perfectly and all the staff were polite and approachable. I was contacted when the service was complete and the car was cleaned.

The service side of the business in very good at delivering what is required, however it is expensive. They seem to have a lot of admin staff you have to go through a reception desk before you can talk to someone on the service desk.

I took my vehicle in because of a problem that turned out to be outside the warranty. You agreed to help resolve the problem as a gesture of good will which I cannot fault.
First class efficient hassle free
Again, everything was excellent. I liked the video that the technician sent via text about the tyres, exhaust etc. The car was cleaned to a high standard and I was informed how long everything would take.
There is generally a wait time of at least 10 minutes when dropping off/picking up the car - even at 7.30 in the morning!My car was scratched by BMW staff during the last visit and so I'm now having to bring my car back for the 3rd time.
I hadvisitx3. no space to give in full 1st issue parking sensors which then need order a part, tyre monitor issue not found again, recall issue not told about 2nd was sensors part fix and service which did find tyre monitor fault 3rd fit monitor part
Eventually work completed but took longer than expected.

There could have been an issue with the length of time I needed my courtesy car but I was sorted for me with no trouble. Bowkers rang me to say they could do my service that was due at the same time as the repair. That saved me another trip.
completely satisfied with the whole process; felt a little let down that i didnt have my car waiting for me the the special room like i did with my 4 series grand coupe, this car was in the parking bay waiting for me to drive off.
however the best customer service I've ever had was from Sheffield bmw, they delivered the car with a bouquet of flowers in the passenger seat, this was a very special touch and I've never forgotten it. I know of a person who got given cleaning kit.
