I asked for the car back at 3pm, the service advisor wrote 2.30pm on the sheet however I had to chase it at 4pm and got the car back at 4.45pm. As it happens I was able to rearrange my day but had I not been able to, it could have caused an issue.

Replacement of failed component under warranty was carried out satisfactorily. We dropped the car off for the repair and in immaculate condition. When the car was returned we were horrified to see the dirty paintwork following its complementary wash.

This is the first time we have used Bowkers'All the staff there were so helpful and did not push you into buying a car as to be fair if you eant a bmw you want one.
Only bought the car from you a few weeks ago and would have hoped the faults would have been picked up in pre-sale checks etc.
I was not told anything about the screen-wash. Why it is recommended, how it is better than other products. There wasn't a sample bottle to examine nor any indication as to its price. Considering you had made this a promotion the experience was disap

car was in on 8/2/18 for driver's door fault - no fault found unfortunately, back in on 1/3/18 with same fault and defective Bowden cable in door diagnoised.

The service was done well however there was an error in my billing which was not checked when I paid initially therefore I received a call from the Service Team having to pay the Labour charge which was not added. I was made to feel this was my fault
The visit was most satisfactory apart from discovering that the 50k service package that I purchased with the car was back-dated to when the car was new, hence losing 8k. It seems the next service at 54k will not be covered.

Having had four M135 /M140's I had to jump through hoops to get the exhaust rattle sorted. My experience with BMW customer services was poor and the dealership only sorted when I threatened to reject the car.

New seal around door required two visits and overnight stay. The repair was started late in the day I guess and the part delivered was not satisfactory . A last minute courtesy car was quite messy internally.
It was easy to have car collected and returned later in the day. It was slightly later than agreed but no problem.

At Bowker Preston, I was able to arrange my end of warranty inspection, service and first MOT all in the day of my choosing, complete with car pick up and return.
Treated exceptionally well by reception staff etc.Offered coffee whilst I waited for complimentary Taxi to Bus Station plus return journey.
It was a warranty task that was efficiently sorted out on a single visit. The problem was a known issue and replacement parts had been ordered in advance.

The visit was for 2 front tyres. My only disappointment was the wash after which was neither a proper powerwash or just a clean of the front wheels. Some bits were clean, some were not
