Day after leaving from waiting for 3.5 hours whilst service being done., the next morning the Ad Blue warning came in with only 1000 miles. Had to go to Halfords and get sorted. Should have been done
Straight forward service, with great communication and even managed to bring my car to me when my arrangements to collect the car changed unexpectantly.
Outstanding customer service, Mr Boardman and his team talked me through every step of the way when I encountered a problem with my car. I felt very reassured and would recommend Bowmer BMW Preston to anyone, faultless from start to finish.
Polite service but took until the end of the day when I rang to tell me I couldn't have my car until next day because part had to be ordered in. No offer of a courtesy car even when I had been inconvenienced
I asked for a specific time for the car to be serviced, to fit in with my schedule for the day, and collected the completed car exactly on time and fully prepared.

I have no complaints regarding Bowkers and their staff who seem very efficient and friendly. On this occasion I needed a hire car whilst mine was waiting for a part. I did not like the arrangement with enterprise car hire.

I would have been completely satisfied, but BMW would not allow Bowkers to carry out a brake fluid change, due 10 days later and means I have to revisit to have the work carried out.Pathetic of BMW!
Everything went to plan... with very polite and courteous staff handling the 'admin'. One improvement on the 'video' offered during work on the car.... could this be offered as something that could be 'saved' by the owner of the car?
When I handed over the keys I mentioned I had been having problems with an intermittent oil warning display. Action on this was not fed back to me, also I now know that the mechanic reported a low level of oil but this also was not reported back.

Upon returning my car from Service the driver damaged my back NS wheel. An accident which immediately he arranged to repair. My car was brought back from repair. A very poor sub standard repair which had to be rectified again.

Concerns over high fuel consumption, required upgrade on engine control unit performed at same time. Time will prove effectiveness ref fuel consumption.
I had performance exhaust fitted at the same time as first service on my M2. The stereo would not play the music from my phone. It was to be sorted at the same time. When I collected the music would still not play, the valves didn't work on exhaust.

Excellent service experience all members of staff were informative and pleasant. I liked the vehicle report/video of the health check. One criticism would be I didn't know I was going to receive the report in an e-mail, and only read it after I left.

Although no fault could be detected I felt every effort was made to identify the problem I have.
2 hours 40 mins for two new tyres and a puncture repair. Seemed excessive.
Reception staff failed to tell Service staff I was waiting, took this into my own hands after quarter hour waitUnable to carry out booked wheel alignment due to equipment not being available, understand this was known to some at the time of booking
Was advised would receive a call back regarding an issue with a bald patch reported on front tyre. Spoke to lady on reception who advised euwan would call me back. Never receive a call to advise.

It took over a week to get the replacement EGR valve and for most of that time Enterprise could not supply a BMW and I had to drive around in a Volvo.
The work was carried out efficiently and quickly.

I had to wait to see a service adviser to book my car in for longer than I felt was necessary. First adviser busy with other customer but other adviser free.

the car was returned in an unsatisfactory condition. It is clear that the dog guard and rear mat were removed,nothing was refitted . The rear seats were up.The dog guard loose. First aid cover not refitted. I cannot get these now to fit.
Unfortunately there was a rather long lead in time from booking the service to actually having it done. The service and recall took 2 days - that was OK, but I would have had to wait a further fortnight to have a loan car. Not satisfactory.

My car was not looked after after service was done. It was not washed and valeted on the same day and was not locked when kept in the car park area. Some of the staff in the customer service was rude. No courtesy to ask for tea and coffee.

The issue I had was when I received the vehicle back I certainly did not expect the next service to be schedule in 3500 miles! That means I will probably be back in for a service in three months! For a 25k vehicle I see this a completely unnecessary.

Having the collection and delivery service is very convenient also I was kept informed of the progress all along of the work being done to my vehicle. On the return, it was sparkling clean having had a wash and vac.
