Only bought the car from you a few weeks ago and would have hoped the faults would have been picked up in pre-sale checks etc.

I reported a fault, they investigated, and the work was done under warranty, that builds trust between owner and dealership.

car was in on 8/2/18 for driver's door fault - no fault found unfortunately, back in on 1/3/18 with same fault and defective Bowden cable in door diagnoised.

Had to question an estimation of a repair charge. Vehicle was under warranty.
The service was done well however there was an error in my billing which was not checked when I paid initially therefore I received a call from the Service Team having to pay the Labour charge which was not added. I was made to feel this was my fault
Service and MoT carried out on time and while I waited. Spares required were in stock and fitted immediately. Polite, friendly and experienced staff.
The visit was most satisfactory apart from discovering that the 50k service package that I purchased with the car was back-dated to when the car was new, hence losing 8k. It seems the next service at 54k will not be covered.
Realistic timescale, all work done to a high standard and friendly informative staff, and decaf coffee!

Having had four M135 /M140's I had to jump through hoops to get the exhaust rattle sorted. My experience with BMW customer services was poor and the dealership only sorted when I threatened to reject the car.
Collected and delivered my car back to work , so minimal inconvenience to me. Information provided about work carried out.

New seal around door required two visits and overnight stay. The repair was started late in the day I guess and the part delivered was not satisfactory . A last minute courtesy car was quite messy internally.

It was a warranty task that was efficiently sorted out on a single visit. The problem was a known issue and replacement parts had been ordered in advance.
The visit was for 2 front tyres. My only disappointment was the wash after which was neither a proper powerwash or just a clean of the front wheels. Some bits were clean, some were not

To be completely satisfied I would have liked an explanation of the software update that was done. It reset certain functions but this was not explained

Recent visits for service and advice have been very good, this is a key reason why I drive BMW (my third car) staff a knowledgeable and very helpful much better than other dealerships I have dealt with.
I collected my car late on Thursday and drove the 30 or so miles home and then didnt use my car again until we went to Manchester on the Saturday . On the Sunday we noticed a large pool of oil on the driveway. The sump plug gasket was defective.

Excellent communication and final result. Took a long time to finally diagnose and fix faults.
Car in for only a replacement tyre due to puncture. When car picked up tyre pressure monitor not fully re set and advised to monitor it on journey home. When re set completed on journey home, tyre was 0.5 bar below required pressure. Car returned.
I use Bowker Preston close to where I work despite living in Wilmslow, Cheshire, this applies to service and sales. All dealings with Bowker Preston have been professional and clear, without pushy sales.
Very friendly staff
Whilst I was pleased with the fact the work was carried out under warranty, I was not impressed that I had to travel 10miles out of my way and lose an hour of my night to return to the dealership to get the undertray fixed on to the car properly.
As always the team at Bowker Preston delivered a first class service from start to finish very happy.
Very professional and courteous
3 times this year I have been kept waiting for much longer than the designated time. Most recently I was informed my car was ready at 10 am. I went to the garage to pick it up at 12.15 pm and still had to wait an hour.

Went in expecting to have to book a date to have problem fixed, surprised when they took the car there and then and gave me a courtesy car. Had to order the parts but my car will still back with me the next day. Easily the best experience I've had.

Everything went well. Though my brakes now have a grating, crunchy nose at slow speed they didn't have before it went in.

I had new alloys and winter tyres fitted. Two cups of tea later the car was returned washed and vacuumed.
